Ashwin Muthiah is the Founder Chairman of AM Foundation, the CSR arm of AM International Holdings, Singapore - the diversified, multinational group of companies he leads as Founder & Chairman. The group has interests spanning fertilizers, petrochemicals, infrastructure services and green solutions. A third-generation business leader, he has led the group since 2001.

His philanthropic interests include primary healthcare, water, sanitation & hygiene, and education. Under his leadership, AM Foundation works with government and global organisations to drive change in these areas.

Valli Ashwin Muthiah is a Director of AM Foundation. She also serves as a Director of AM International Holdings Private Limited, Singapore, and is actively involved in developing investments - including financial and real estate - across the UK, Singapore and India, within the family office of Ashwin Muthiah.

On the Board of AM Foundation, her efforts are aimed at bridging gaps in the healthcare ecosystem and making it accessible to the most vulnerable communities. With a keen sense of design, she has also led architectural and interior design work at the company's corporate offices. She is a psychology graduate from the University of Madras, India.

Sashikala Srikanth is a Director of AM Foundation. She provides consultancy services to various corporates, including in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility, and serves as a Member on the Boards of several companies. She brings more than 30 years of experience, having held senior management-level positions in leading companies in India and overseas.

Prior to her current engagements, she spent more than 12 years at A F Ferguson & Co, and has served as Group Financial Controller and Senior General Manager of two companies in Dubai. She is a Chartered Accountant.

K K Rajagopalan is a Director of AM Foundation. He brings more than 47 years of extensive experience in the Finance and Technical disciplines, specialising in the petrochemicals and fertilizer sectors.

He served as Director (Finance) at Manali Petrochemicals Limited (MPL) for more than 11 years, before assuming the position of Whole-Time Director of Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation (SPIC) Limited for a period of three years. He is an Engineering graduate with an MBA from IIM-Bangalore, India.
